Carpet Cleaning Process:

• We will move most furniture (upon request).
• Power dry vacuum (before cleaning), which takes out the soil and dust.
• Pre-conditioning and hand spot cleaning where needed, before shampooing.
• We deodorize at no extra cost where needed (upon request). Power wet extraction after the cleaning (step 2 in the dual process).We put foam blocks under all the legs of your furniture that we move.
• After the cleaning we dry brush all your carpets to bring up the nap.

Water Damage Cleaning Process:

• Excess water is extracted.
• The carpet is deodorized in once process.
• The carpet is given an antibacterial treatment in the 2nd process.
• The carpet is given antifungal treatment in the final process.
• Blowers are applied to the area and de-humidifiers if needed.
• Water extraction of the carpet padding is also done if needed in severe water damage or removed (if needed).

Floor Cleaning Process:

• Some floors are stripped.
• Floors are cleaned.
• Waxed and buffed depending on the floor type.

Water Extraction Process:

We do complete water damage service. A process that includes:

• water extraction
• antibacterial
• mold and mildew treatment
• cleaning,
• deoderizing and sanitizing damaged areas.
• Blowers and dehumidifiers, if needed.
• Removal of wet padding (if requested).

Drapery Cleaning Process:

First, we thoroughly vacuum drapes while hanging, after vacuuming, the drapes are cleaned by using a heated dry cleaning solution. The solutions are specifically designed for draperies and are odorless. Once the cleaning process is complete the room will be re-usable in approximately two hours.

This cleaning process is also excellent for furniture that needs to be reused quickly, as it is a dry cleaning process and does not leave the furniture wet.
